TUNIC ADDICTION
Hi I’m Diana and I’m a tunic addict. Yes, I am absolutely obsessed with these long, flowy shirts that I often wear as a dress with thin leggings or tights. It’s interesting to think back to my style evolution because seven years ago I would have never worn something so “big” and “bulky”, terms I no longer associate with these beautiful pieces. They come in all shapes, sizes, colors, and styles and really give an everyday outfit an extra bang that would otherwise be underrepresented with just a normal shirt. The best part about tunics? You can wear them with everything. I often choose to layer pants under my tunics, more specifically leggings that are as thin as possible. This helps slim my silhouette. For the winter season, I usually paired it with an ankle or knee length boot, depending on the type of pant I wore. One of my favorite places to buy tunics is Zara because they have so many varieties and are made with great material for an affordable price. To put the outfit together, I have lately been wearing my hair in a low ponytail which keeps my overall look from feeling too overwhelming with all the material. Either dressing up or down, tunics really work for any occasion. It can make you look slimmer, while also hiding areas you aren’t really fond of, which is typically the aim when I wear them. Either way, tunics look good on all women regardless of shape and size and add an extra spice to your everyday outfit.
